The customer has a period of 14 days starting from the date of pick-up or delivery to return any damaged products or items received in error.
Please note that damaged products should not have been installed or modified, including drill holes from hardware, as this will void the return policy.
To initiate the return process, kindly provide a photograph clearly depicting the damage and send it to LNCCABINETRYCLT@GMAIL.COM or LNCCABINETRYVAB@GMAIL.COM
A restocking fee of 25% (twenty-five percent) will be applied to all returned items. This fee still applies in cases where the order has been shipped or assembled and the customer decides to cancel before delivery or pick-up.
Please be aware that L&C Cabinetry does not arrange pick-up for damaged or incorrect items. Customers are responsible for returning the item to the store for an exchange or refund. However, there may be some exceptions to this policy.
If you notice any damaged or incorrect items during the delivery process, you may return the item to the driver. However, the customer must personally pick up the correct or fixed item from the store. Please note that this provision excludes third-party delivery services.
